Turmeric gives chicken soup a beautiful yellow-golden hue. At the same time, the dish is prepared very quickly, especially if you have a pack of frozen vegetable mixture. For satiety, I advise you to add a handful of noodles or vermicelli.

Boil the chicken until tender for about 40-45 minutes, take it out and cut it arbitrarily.

Bring the broth to a boil, return the chicken to it and add the frozen vegetables to taste.

After 5-7 minutes, add all the spices and vermicelli, and cook the soup for about 5 more minutes until ready.
