Pour 2.5 liters of water over the pork, bring to a boil and cook until tender. Strain the broth, and cut the meat.
Chop the onion and carrot, and lightly fry. Add finely chopped smoked meats to them, and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
Send the roast to the broth and also add the washed chopped peas.
Cook everything together for 30 minutes. Add pork, spices, crushed garlic and bay leaf.
Cook for another 10 minutes on the lowest heat under the lid.
