Chicken hearts are another great base for making solyanka. A delicious everyday dish made from improvised ingredients turns out to be also budget-friendly. Serve traditionally – with lemon, herbs and sour cream.
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 200 g
- Salami - 200 g
- Raw smoked sausage - 150 g
- Sausages - 2 pieces
- Chicken thighs - 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken thighs until tender. Remove from the broth and slice.
Separately boil the hearts until they are ready.
Finely chop onions, carrots and cucumbers, and fry everything together for 10-15 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir.
Chop the meat ingredients. Send everything together with chicken, hearts and fried in broth.
Boil for 7-8 minutes. Add the olives and cook for another 5 minutes.
