Moderately juicy, hearty and very beautiful salad. Cook it a few hours before serving, so that all the ingredients have time to soak. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking: generously lubricate each layer or add quite a bit.
Ingredients
- Chicken (boiled) – 250 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken, cucumbers and champignons.
Grate potatoes and carrots.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms until tender.
Using a serving ring, lay out layers of potatoes, cucumbers, fried mushrooms, chicken and carrots. After each layer, add salt, ground pepper and a little mayonnaise.
Brush generously with mayonnaise on top. You can decorate the salad with boiled yolks, herbs or champignons.
Before serving, the salad should stand for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.
