Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 250 g
- Pineapple - 150 g
- Avocado (ripe) – 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the purple onion from the husk and slice it very thinly.
Rinse the onion under running water, mix with vinegar, sugar and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Fry the peeled shrimp in butter until golden brown on both sides.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the canned pineapple into small pieces.
Mix arugula, pineapple, avocado, shrimp and pickled onion.
Add ground pepper, salt, olive oil and mix gently.
