The preparation of jelly usually takes almost a day. But, it turns out, there are recipes that allow you to achieve the desired result many times faster. Don't you believe it? Try to cook jelly in a pressure cooker.! After 3 hours, the broth will be ready and the meat will begin to separate from the bone.
Ingredients
- Pork Knuckle - 1,5 kg
- Turkey Wings - 500 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Water - 3,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pork knuckle, rinse thoroughly and put it in a pressure cooker.
Add the prepared turkey wings, bay leaf, water and cook for 10 minutes, removing the foam that appears in the process.
Add the peeled carrots and onions. Close the lid and cook for 3 hours from the moment steam appears from the valves.
Turn off the fire and lift the valves to release a jet of hot steam.
Carefully open the lid, take out the meat and vegetables.
Discard the vegetables, separate the meat from the bones and finely chop.
Strain the broth, return it back to the pressure cooker, add salt, pepper and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Put the meat in the prepared containers, pour the broth and put it in a cool place for 6 hours.
