Wash the chickpeas, pour cold water and cook for 1.5 hours.
Take 150 ml of broth, drain the rest of the liquid.
Cool the chickpeas slightly and transfer to a blender bowl.
Add the tahini, lemon juice, salt and ground pepper. Grind until smooth.
Add small portions of broth, adjusting the density of hummus.
Put the hummus in a bowl and pour olive oil over it.
