Ingredients
- Tuna - 140 g
- Avocado - 100 g
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Strawberries - 6 pieces
- Quail eggs - 3 pieces
- Soy sauce - 75 ml
- Ground black pepper - 3 pinches
- Balsamic vinegar - 40 ml
- Sugar - 5 tbsp.l.
- Wine (dry white) – 2 art.l.
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the tuna into small cubes.
Whisk the yolks of quail eggs with pepper and soy sauce.
Season the tuna.
Finely chop the strawberries, avocado and basil, and mix everything together.
Melt the sugar in a frying pan, pour in the wine and balsamic, and squeeze the sauce a little.
Pour the tartare sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
