Ingredients
- Beef liver - 5 kg
- Lard - 1.5 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Butter - 1 kg
- Salt - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the ingredients.
Fry the lard in a frying pan for a couple of minutes. Add the onion and carrot, and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Add the liver and fry everything together until half cooked.
Put the ingredients through a meat grinder. Mix with soft butter and season.
Spread the pate in clean jars and send it to the autoclave for 1.5 hours at 115 degrees.
