Many people forget about this wonderful snack, but it is so easy to prepare and always turns out delicious. I suggest cooking julienne with chicken and mushrooms in the oven right now. You can bake it in a large form or use portion pots.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cheese - 120 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop mushrooms, chicken fillet and peeled onions.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour in the chicken fillet and fry everything together for another 10 minutes.
Add flour, sour cream, ground pepper and salt. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer all together for 5 minutes.
Spread the billet into serving molds and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
