For this recipe, you can use different parts of the chicken. I decided to simplify the task and bought a ready-made fillet. To make the chicken roll with gelatin more juicy, the meat should be beaten off, wrapped in food wrap.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 kg
- Gelatin - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Thyme - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (with slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into plates.
Sprinkle each piece with spices and salt. Wrap in plastic wrap and beat off with a hammer on both sides.
Lay the blanks on the board so that a large rectangular layer is formed.
Sprinkle with gelatin. Roll up the roll and tie it with a culinary thread.
Wrap the roll in several layers of foil and place it in a baking dish.
Fill the mold with one-third water.
Bake the chicken roll with gelatin for 1 hour in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
Remove the foil only after the roll has cooled completely.
