I always have a jar of canned tuna or sardines in stock. They can be opened in case of a sudden attack of hunger or used for cooking different dishes. And canned fish makes an amazing spread for sandwiches.
Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put canned fish together with butter in a deep bowl and mash it well with a fork.
Peel the eggs from the shell, rinse and finely chop.
Chop cucumbers and peeled onions.
Put the eggs, onions and cucumbers in a bowl with canned fish.
Add pepper, salt and mix well.
