A wonderful recipe that will come in handy for a holiday and on a normal day. With goat cheese, the Greek salad turns out to be more satisfying, and Dijon mustard gives an interesting sharpness and sourness. Lemon juice will need a little less.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Shallots - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Goat cheese - 150 g
- Olives (without bone) – 100 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix lemon juice, olive oil and oregano. Put the mixture aside for 5 minutes.
Chop cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves, peeled bell peppers and onions.
Mix vegetables, goat cheese, olives and salad leaves.
Add salt, Dijon mustard, prepared dressing and mix gently.
