Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Fig - 120 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Red cabbage - 150 g
- Leek - 0.5 pieces
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet and rub with spices. Fry on both sides and cut into strips.
Boil the rice, season it with olive oil and turmeric.
Grate the carrots on a Korean grater, thinly slice the pepper and chop the red cabbage.
Finely chop the leek and fry it for a couple of minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes.
Slice the pineapples and mix all the ingredients.
