Ingredients
For Salad:
- Shrimp (boiled) – 400 g
- Broccoli - 300 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Feta - 200 g
- Iceberg lettuce - 4 leaf
- Greenery (micro) – handful
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 800 ml
For dressing:
- Peanut paste - 3 art.l.
- Honey (liquid) – 1 tsp
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel off the shells and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences, rinse and shake off the water.
Wash the salad leaves, shake off the water and tear them with your hands.
Cut tomatoes into circles, cut feta into cubes.
Whisk the peanut paste, honey, vinegar and soy sauce in a blender.
Mix salad leaves, broccoli, tomatoes, feta, shrimp, olive oil and salt.
Put the salad on a plate, pour peanut dressing and garnish with herbs.
