- Asparagus (soy) – 100 g
- Carrots - 300 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Honey - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1,5 tbsp.l.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Break the dry asparagus into small pieces, pour boiling water and cover for 1 hour.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Mix carrots with salt, honey, red pepper and vinegar.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it into the carrots.
Add asparagus, garlic passed through the press and mix. The dish should be infused in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
