- Bird cherry - 200 g
- Water - 1.2 l
- Sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the cherry and cover it with sugar.
Fill with water and bring to a boil.
Boil the compote for 7 minutes and let it brew under the lid.
