I often cook lavash snacks. It's always simple, fast and delicious. Recently I came across a recipe for a roll of pita bread with minced meat. I modified it a little, adding fragrant greens and juicy tomatoes. Try it, this dish is worthy of your attention!
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 10 g
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Lavash (thin) – 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the tomato, herbs and peeled onion.
Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Add the minced meat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, ground pepper and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with mayonnaise.
Evenly distribute the fried minced meat, herbs and tomatoes.
Roll up a tight roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
