- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Tomato sauce - 200 ml
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1,5 art.l.
- Water - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into small pieces and put them in prepared jars.
In a saucepan, mix water, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, citric acid and garlic passed through a press.
Boil for 2 minutes and pour into jars with cucumbers.
Sterilize for 15 minutes from the moment the liquid boils in the jars.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up with a warm towel.
