Ingredients
- Cherries - 599 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherries, remove the twigs and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, boil it again, and repeat the last step.
Drain the water again and boil it for the third time, this time with sugar.
Pour the syrup over the cherries and roll them up.
