Ingredients
- Sea Buckthorn - 500 g
- Honey - 3 art.l.
- Citric acid - 0.25 tsp.
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the sea buckthorn in a sterile jar and pour boiling water over it.
Cover with a lid, leave for 10 minutes, drain and boil again.
Add honey to the boiling water and citric acid to the jar.
Pour honey syrup over the sea buckthorn and roll it up.
