Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Cheese - 60 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greenery - 3 twigs
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Bread - 6 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
Peel the garlic, chop it and pour it into a preheated frying pan with oil.
After 30 seconds, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and fry for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Brush a clean frying pan with olive oil, lay out the bread and lightly brown on both sides.
Brush one side with mayonnaise, put fried vegetables, sprinkle with cheese and finely chopped herbs.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
