Ingredients
- Mussels (pickled) – 300 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper (pickled) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Arugula - handful
- Ketchup - 3 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots.
Add lemon juice, ground pepper, salt and mix well.
Chop the pickled pepper and peeled onion.
Spread the pita bread on the table, smear with ketchup and mayonnaise.
Lay out the arugula, pickled mussels, carrots, onions and pieces of hot pepper.
Turn the sides inside, roll up a tight roll.
Lightly brown the finished shawarma with mussels on the grill.
