- Chicken liver - 500 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 0.5 pieces
- Cream - 200 ml
- Butter - 50 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped liver and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the cream and simmer all 10 minutes under the lid.
