Do you want to cook a lush and high casserole? Try this recipe and the result will pleasantly surprise you. The reaction of soda with sour cream will give the desired volume and the curd casserole will turn out to be airy. You can replace the soda with the same amount of baking powder.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Butter (for lubrication) – 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cottage cheese with an immersion blender.
Add vanilla, soda, salt and mix.
Beat eggs with sugar and sour cream. A homogeneous mass should be obtained.
Mix the curd billet, beaten eggs, semolina and put aside for 10 minutes.
Grease the mold with butter, lightly sprinkle with semolina and lay out the curd mass.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. The oven should be preheated beforehand.
The finished casserole can be decorated with fresh berries, fruits or powdered sugar.
