Let's cook a roast turkey drumstick today. According to this recipe, the bird turns out very tasty and juicy. The whole secret is in adding butter and soy sauce. You can serve it with ketchup, mustard or other sauces.

Ingredients

  • Turkey (shin) – 1.5 kg
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (boiling water) – 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the turkey drumstick and dry it with a paper towel.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the shank and fry until golden brown on all sides.

Add butter and boiling water. Cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes over very low heat.

Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.

Using a silicone brush, lubricate the shin from all sides with the resulting mixture.

Continue frying without a lid for another 7-10 minutes. The shin should be well browned on all sides.

Place the fried drumstick on a plate or serving board and sprinkle with ground pepper.
