Put the cauliflower and broccoli inflorescences in a saucepan, fill with water, add salt and cook for 15 minutes after the water boils.

In a deep bowl, beat the chicken eggs, add salt and sour cream.

Stir the eggs and sour cream with a whisk until smooth.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Transfer the cauliflower and broccoli inflorescences. Fill everything with egg mass and add pieces of cheese. Cook for 10-15 minutes under the lid on low heat.

Cut the finished omelet into portions and serve with fresh herbs.
