Wash pollock fillets under running water and dry with a paper towel.
Scald the lemon with boiling water and cut into half slices 5-6 mm thick. Mix salt, coriander seeds, dried garlic, paprika and onion.
Rub each piece of fish thoroughly with the resulting mixture and put it aside for 15 minutes.
Brush the fish with olive oil and place on parchment paper.
Spread the lemon on top, cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Then unwrap the foil and cook for another 5 minutes. If necessary, turn down the temperature.
Place the baked pollock pieces carefully on the spinach leaves and serve on the table. Enjoy your meal!
