Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 50 ml
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut into thin slices across the fibers. The ideal thickness is from 0.7 to 1 centimeter.
Wrap each piece individually in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Season the resulting blanks with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper and turmeric.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Dip the chops first in the batter, then roll them in breadcrumbs and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side and place on a paper napkin.
