These chicken cutlets will turn out even more fragrant if you use smoked paprika, but the usual one will do. And if you have ready-made minced meat at hand, then the whole cooking process will take very little time.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- White bread - 3 slices
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk - 70 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - 1/3 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 20 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut off the crusts of white bread, pour in milk and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Put the minced chicken in a deep bowl.
Add an onion grated on a grater or crushed in a blender to the minced meat. Also add egg, salt and paprika.
Grind the bread with milk with a blender so that there are no lumps in the minced meat. Pour into a bowl and mix everything thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon out small portions of minced meat and fry on low heat for about 4 minutes. On the other hand, fry the cutlets for 3 minutes, covered with a lid.
You can serve ready-made chicken cutlets right away. Since they turn out to be very low-fat, they can also be served in a cooled form.
