- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece

- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes with butter and half of sour cream. Add the egg.
Fry the minced meat with chopped onion until tender, season and add the chopped herbs.
Put the potatoes, minced meat and mashed potatoes again into the mold. Brush with the remaining sour cream.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
