Ingredients
- Pork loin - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk (warm) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 5 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork loin, dry it and cut it into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap a piece of meat in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides. Repeat the steps with the rest of the pork.
Sprinkle the chopped pieces of meat with salt, ground pepper and put aside for 10 minutes.
Pour the flour on a wide plate.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, ground pepper and salt.
Roll the blanks in flour, dip them in the egg mixture and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
