Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 500 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it with paper towels and cut it across the fibers into pieces about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and lightly beat it off with a hammer.
Repeat the steps with the rest of the meat. Put the blanks on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a separate container, whisk the eggs with ground pepper and salt.
Sift the flour and pour it on a wide plate.
Roll the chops first in flour, and then in the egg mixture. Place in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry the chops for 4-5 minutes on both sides.
