Chicken chops in mayonnaise are prepared very simply. You can use chicken fillet or meat from the thigh, shin. Mayonnaise allows the meat to become even softer and more tender. The ideal option is to let it marinate for several hours in the cold.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Flour (wheat) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 15 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into thin layers.
Beat off each layer of meat with a hammer, only on one side. Then add salt, sprinkle with spices and smear with mayonnaise. You can let it marinate longer or continue cooking.
In a bowl, beat a couple of eggs, add a pinch of salt and flour. Stir until a homogeneous batter is obtained without lumps.
Lower the chicken pieces into the batter. Dip so that the batter covers the meat on all sides.
Pour oil on a hot frying pan. After a minute, lay out the chops and fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes. On the other hand, fry the chops for a couple of minutes.
You can serve the chops immediately, with sauce and fresh fragrant herbs.
