A very spicy and interesting marinade for pork ribs is obtained on the basis of beer. We will cook such a dish in a frying pan, so that the alcohol will evaporate perfectly during frying. And only an unusual aftertaste will remain, which is so valuable for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs - 800 g
  • Beer - 300 ml
  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Spices and seasonings (for meat) – 1 art.l.
  • Allspice - 10 peas

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Marinate the ribs in beer for 2 hours.

Fry them for about 20 minutes until browned, turning them over often.

Add all the spices, pour in some more beer and simmer the ribs under the lid until soft.

Then fry for a couple more minutes on high heat until the moisture evaporates.
