There are many different variations of fillings from greens, and I propose to add to their collection another recipe – with leeks and fragrant herbs. In order for the pork to be completely saturated with flavors, you need to cut and chop it as thinly as possible.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Very thinly slice and chop the pork. Lay it overlapping in one large layer. Sprinkle with spices.
Finely chop the leeks, herbs, herbs and garlic. Lightly fry in oil until soft.
Put the filling on the pork and roll up a tight roll. Wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll in the oven for 2-2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
