Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix crushed garlic and the rest of the ingredients for the marinade.
Coat the ribs with it and leave them for an hour.
Put them in a mold and bake for an hour in the oven at 190 degrees.
