Dried fruits in a curd casserole will not surprise anyone, but nuts are another matter. If you don't like the too obvious difference in textures in food, first soak them in cognac or syrup of your choice, so that they become a little softer.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 700 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 4 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 100 g
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l.
- Raisins - 80 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the raisins for 5 minutes in hot water. If desired, soak the chopped nuts.
Mix semolina with sour cream and leave for 10 minutes.
Beat the cottage cheese with a blender. Separately, beat the eggs with salt and sugar and mix both masses.
Add semolina, raisins and nuts, and mix everything again.
Put the curd mass in a greased bowl of a slow cooker.
Cook the casserole for an hour in the "Baking" mode.
