Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 600 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Soy sauce - 50 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken legs with spices and marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes.
Melt the butter and mix with the olive oil in a frying pan.
Fry the legs for 5-7 minutes on medium heat on one side.
Turn over, turn down the heat and fry for another 10-12 minutes with the other under the lid.
Add fire and brown the legs for a couple of minutes, stirring.
