Making beautiful rosy chicken legs with an appetizing crust is much easier than it seems. Even an ordinary frying pan is enough for this. And what else you will need – I will tell you further in the recipe. I recommend rice or potatoes as a side dish.

Rub the chicken legs with spices and marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes.

Melt the butter and mix with the olive oil in a frying pan.

Fry the legs for 5-7 minutes on medium heat on one side.

Turn over, turn down the heat and fry for another 10-12 minutes with the other under the lid.

Add fire and brown the legs for a couple of minutes, stirring.
