- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the yolks from the whites and rub the yolks with sugar.
Mix them with cottage cheese and sour cream, and then add flour with baking powder.
Whisk the whites with salt to persistent peaks and mix into the curd mass.
Carefully put the casserole in a mold and cook in the microwave for 6-8 minutes at maximum power under the lid with the valve open.
