This is really a very simple shrimp salad! It is prepared literally in a matter of minutes, and most of the time it takes to chop Peking cabbage. And the result is quite an exquisite snack.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 300 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cook the shrimp to your taste: boil or fry in spices for a couple of minutes.
Chop the pekin and cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into medium pieces.
Put the salad on plates, season and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil.
