Olivier with sausage and yogurt is quite a classic dish, for which yogurt of any fat content is used without additives. This version of the dressing makes the salad less caloric.

- Cucumbers (fresh) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (pickled) – 2 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 200 g
- Boiled sausage - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Yogurt - 150 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the potatoes in the peel and chicken eggs to cook. Remove the eggs 7 minutes after boiling, and cook the potatoes until soft – 20 minutes. Then cool and clean everything. Wash fresh cucumbers and cut into cubes, pour into a bowl.
Put the peas in a bowl with the cucumbers.
Cut the sausage and pickled cucumbers into cubes, put them in a bowl.
Also cut the peeled potatoes and eggs into cubes and send them to a bowl. All the slicing should be the same.
Put the right amount of olivier in a bowl, add salt, pepper and yogurt, mix. It is not necessary to fill the entire volume of the salad at once, if you do not plan to eat it on the same day.
Since olivier is quite a hearty salad, it can be served as an independent dish for lunch or dinner. If desired, you can decorate with fresh herbs.
