Such a simple and artless salad very quickly became our family favorite. Peking cabbage does not even need to be kneaded as usual. Take the onion fresh or marinate as desired. And if you want to add a dressing, I recommend fatty sour cream.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Celery - 2 stems
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the onion into feathers and pour boiling water for 30 seconds.
Chop the Peking cabbage, grate the carrots on a Korean grater and finely chop the celery.
Mix the salad and season to taste.
