I love these salads. They are prepared simply, they turn out inexpensive and delicious! To support Asian motifs, I use ground ginger instead of black pepper. Garlic, if desired, can not be added. In this case, increase the amount of ginger.

- Korean carrots - 200 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the Peking cabbage and cucumbers.
Add Korean carrots and garlic passed through the press.
