Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleared) – 300 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (fresh) – 1 piece
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 10 pieces
- Parsley (for decoration) – 2 twigs
- Mayonnaise - 250 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the shrimp into medium-sized cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave a couple of shrimp whole to decorate the finished olivier.
Cut potatoes, carrots, eggs, fresh and pickled cucumbers into small pieces. Cut one egg in half for decoration.
Flip the green peas into a colander, rinse and lightly dry on a paper towel.
In a deep bowl, mix potatoes, shrimp, carrots, eggs, peas and both types of cucumbers.
Add ground black pepper, salt, mayonnaise and gently mix the salad with a spoon.
Using the cooking ring, place the olivier on a plate. Garnish with egg halves, parsley and shrimp.
