Ingredients
For salad:
- Arugula - 200 g
- Gorgonzola cheese - 100 g
- Cashews - handful
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
For caramelizing pears:
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add sugar and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in water, wine and mix. Continue caramelizing for another 2 minutes.
Cut the pear into thick plates and put it in a frying pan with sugar syrup. Simmer everything together for 4-5 minutes.
Dry the cashews for a couple of minutes in a separate frying pan and lightly chop.
Mix arugula, crushed Gorgonzola, cashews, salt, ground pepper and olive oil.
Put the salad on a plate, add the caramelized pear on top.
