Almost no festive table is complete without a salad of crab sticks. It is prepared according to different recipes, but I like the option with rice, eggs and fresh cucumbers the most. You can serve it in portions or in a common salad bowl!
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Fig (boiled) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Corn (canned) – half a bank
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (for decoration) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks, cucumbers and shelled eggs.
Put the corn in a colander, rinse under running water and leave to drain for a couple of minutes.
Mix boiled rice, eggs, cucumbers, corn and crab sticks.
Add salt, ground black pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
Using a serving ring, place the salad on a wide plate, garnish with fresh herbs.
