Baked salmon in foil

To preserve the taste and aroma of salmon as much as possible, I advise you to bake it in foil. It's very easy and simple – any beginner can do it without difficulty. And as for the time, temperature and other nuances – I will tell you more about all this later in the recipe.


  • Salmon - 2 pieces
  • Sea salt - 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - 2 pinches

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rub the salmon with salt and pepper, lightly sprinkle with oil.

Wrap the fish in several layers of foil more tightly.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
