- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 30 g
- Semolina - 30 g
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp.l.
- Berries - 90 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix semolina with sour cream, grind cottage cheese and beat eggs with sugar.
Mix all the ingredients, add baking powder and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Add the berries, put the mass into molds and bake in the microwave for another 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
