- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Cottage cheese (grainy) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings (for pumpkin) – 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Beat the eggs with sour cream and mix it all with cottage cheese.
Add spices to taste, and at the end add starch.
Put the mass into a mold, sprinkle with grated parmesan and send the casserole into the oven for 50 minutes at 160 degrees.
